The business services industry is a multibillion-dollar sector of the economy that includes activities like IT support, human resources, logistics, and waste management. These services allow businesses to operate smoothly and efficiently. They also help companies meet customer demands and create innovative products.
This sector makes up 11% of the European Union’s gross domestic product (GDP), and it’s growing rapidly. The growth of the business services industry is due to changing consumer trends and increasing outsourcing, which allows businesses to focus on their core competencies. This sector is also becoming more intertwined with other sectors, helping to boost productivity and innovation.
